1,Always use a steel tape measure for accuracy.

2,Always measure at least twice before recording your final measurement.

3,Always clearly indicate which measurement is the width and which is the height.

   It's very common for people to swap measurements if you are not careful,

   so always indicate the width measurement first, then the height last (W x H)

1,Q:Why fabric width is narrower than blinds width?

  A: The width produce from end cap to end cap,the bracket and the mechanism will take some distance on both sides of blinds,that is why the fabric width is always narrower than the blinds width.

2,Q:Can I get sample? Do you have Minimum Order Quantity?

  A:Yes,welcome sample order to test quality and service,usually need about 3 days,mix samples   

are acceptable.We do not have MOQ,according to your sizes and quantity for production.

3,Q:How soon can I expect my order and how do you ship?  

A:Production time is usually within one week,we ship usually by DHL take 3-5 days to arrive.

4,Q: Does hardware&screws come with my order?

  A:Everything you need come with the shipment,with one exception screws. Screws could differ depending upon the application of the job,you will need to purchase some at your local home improvement store.Keep in mind when you installing blinds that in most cases,you can use two screws per bracket and two to three brackets per window blind.If you need screws offer from us please inform us we will put one kind of screw and not sure if suitable for you.

5,Q:Will it be possible small kids or pets to access the blinds easily?

 A:If for chain system we use chain tension device and stick warning sticker,if have small kids at home, it is better use cordless style or remote controller to ensure safety.

6,Q:How to clean?

  A:A feather duster or a soft or a soft cloth will work well for dust and light dirt, any stains or  stubborn spots by using a damp sponge or clean cloth with a small amount of mild detergent on it.
